The following partners provide social housing across the county of Conwy
Flintshire County Council
The Council, as a Local Housing Authority, is responsible for the coordination of housing and housing related activity across the county borough and has a statutory duty to help people who are either homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Clwyd Alyn Housing Association
Clwyd Alyn Housing Association is a member of the Pennaf Housing Group which manages more than 5,000 homes across the county areas of Powys, Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey. As well as our general housing for single people, couples and families, we also manage a range of specialist housing options for older people and for vulnerable young people and adults. They are currently developing additional new homes in many of these areas, working with our residents to create vibrant sustainable communities which are great places to live. Clwyd Alyn Housing Association is a Charitable Industrial and Provident society.
Grŵp Cynefin was formed in April 2014 by the coming together of Tai Clwyd and Tai Eryri.
They provide over 4,500 homes including social housing for rent, intermediate rental and specialist accommodation for persons with support needs. Other community services within the group include Care & Repair agencies, Rural Housing Enablers and support services for vulnerable people.

Wales & West Housing’s vision is to achieve strong, sustainable growth to make a difference to people’s lives, homes and communities. They manage more than 9,700 high quality, affordable homes in 12 local authority areas across Wales. These include more than 3,000 dedicated properties for older people as well innovative supported housing solutions for people with a range of particular needs.
